PRINTING FROM OUTLOOK EXPRESS

First you must understand that Internet Explorer and Outlook Express share some settings.

If you increase the text size in the view menu

you will change the way OE (Outlook Express) prints

also by default Windows sets margins at 3/4 of a inch

try changing to 1/4 inch.
