Onsite Services

While it can be more cost-effective to bring in your computer into our shop
large problems, complicated installations, or work interruption considerations
require us to come to your location.
Call on Computer Works Systems Engineers to troubleshoot your problems,
implement a PC-based solution or augment your support staff.
Some of our services include:

• Hardware and software installation

• PC troubleshooting and recovery

• Asset management and planning

• Workflow integration

• Network installation and troubleshooting
   

Rates are based on urgency.
Standard onsite: $95 per hour.  Next business day or appointment
Priority onsite: $125 per hour.   4 hour or less
Emergency onsite: $150 per hour.   1 hour or less
All on-sites have a one-hour minimum

There is a $45 trip charge for onsite service in the Wichita area.
For other locations add transportation expenses and lodging

Onsite Service Agreement (OSA)

With six month commitment for three hours/month, you'll enjoy a reduced hourly rate and priority telephone tech support.

To help our customers reduce problems with the day to day operations of their computers, we offer scheduled maintenance. A Computer Works Systems Engineer will visit your site at least once per month to perform the regular maintenance every computer needs. The same reduced rate applies to troubleshooting visits as well. A Computer Works Onsite Service Agreement allows a small company to reduce the need for a dedicated IT staff and allows larger clients to leverage their internal staff with our support. Onsite Site Inspection

Your Computer Works Account Manager and a Computer Works Systems Engineer will consult with you and evaluate your site. Together they can give you an overview of where you are relative to where you want to be, as well as noting potential problems and providing a plan for correcting them now and avoiding them in the future.
